I’m including the bio that is on the Amazon page because I realize some of you don’t know much about his work. Visit his webpage to read his essays.

Ron Wilkerson has written and produced multiple episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager, Stargate SG-1 and VH1’s Strange Frequency. He was nominated for an Emmy as a part of the writing team on the seventh season of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He made a cameo appearance in the Stargate SG-1 fifth season episode “Wormhole X-Treme!” in which he played a studio executive.

Originally from upstate New York, he worked as head of marketing in music companies MXR, Roland and Alesis, and ran a successful Beverly Hills advertising agency before turning to screenwriting. He occasionally teaches classes in screenwriting at UCLA Extension where he was awarded “Screenwriting Instructor of the Year.”

He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Beverly, and daughter Meredith.

Essays, reviews and tributes he has written can be found on his website: ronwilkerson.com.

Happy School Days

It wouldn’t be a birthday post without at least one archival photo from the victim’s past

Not sure if Ron is in this photo but he used it in his essay Why I Will Always Love The Buffalo Bills

  1. Happy Birthday to my hubby, Ron. It’s that Beatles year…and guess what, I still need him, and he’s still got his hair!

    • Congratulations on the weight loss, share your strategy. I’ve been gaining mass over the years and I’m sure it is affecting my BP and causing other deleterious effect. The life of a software engineer.

I’d like to add a RSS feed of your webpage http://www.ronwilkerson.com to this blog but couldn’t find it. If you have one please let me know. My intention is that this is a family blog and I would feature everything that is going on with the family. Have a great year and thanks for commenting.
