October Reunion Party

Visit the Halloween Shop at Amazon.com

We had quite a family reunion this Friday in New Boston, NH. My sister Pat flew in from Texas for a three day visit. My niece and her husband traveled from Colorado to camp and hike in Nova Scotia and stopped back before they fly back Other folks battled traffic to come from Connecticut, New York State and Boston.  At the peak of the evening there were about 23 people and three dogs at the house. There was no lack of great food either.

I don’t have many photos to share, I was too busy catching up on all the news , having some laughs and picking a few tunes.

  1. What a wonderful day…might have to be a new tradition! Carolyn sounded so full of joy and family love when I spoke to her at the end of the night. So wish I could have been there, but the pictures help. The banner photo really captures the happy faces, too!

  2. It was one of the best days/nights of my life…..wonderful family who as JP said, battled horrific traffic especially for those who came from CT, MA, NY. Those from TX ,CO and of course NH had an easier time. It was great fun. Thank you Aunt Betty for hosting, Pat and Susan, Gael, Regina, Ginny etc etc for the delicious food…..Polish Hunter’s Stew…hmm and Lemon Chicken Breasts, Potato Bake (?) salads, Keilbasa, yes of course, desserts and more….all yummy. Thank you all…………..and to JP, Jimmy, Susan and Pat for starting the traditional singing. Good memories for all. So many cousins………….and their kids and grandkids…..awesome. 🙂

  5. “Such a peaceful, easy feeling” ~ the first time my nuclear family – siblings, children, grandbaby, mom have all been together- [ Alex wasn’t born yet and Pat hasn’t been here for awhile]. ! It was delightful. We were so thrilled that folks made the effort to join us. Full hearts.
