I’m forever blowing bubbles

Here is a pick for #ThrowbackThursday taken in the early 1950s. The neighbor kids at the back porch at 50 Horan Avenue in Stamford, CT blowing bubbles. I can’t believe that I was ever that thin.

  1. RoseMarie Carlucci died in a car accident on the Merritt Parkway 2007. She was a highly recognized gymnastics and tennis coach in Stamford. Her mom, RoseMarie, along with Mrs Charlotte Pockl would “hold court” every AM with tea and coffee and chat, while the kids all played together. They left us alone and it was great.

I love Pat’s dirty feet and dress, her babydoll waiting behind her.
